After years of working on Oracle’s digital transformation, we discovered that the Oracle has a clear vision of being an adaptive business fueled by the full strength of its products and services. We discovered that Oracle has a well-thought-out, clearly articulated, and meticulously executed strategy for driving large-scale transformation, bringing efficiencies, savings, and performance to clients.

We established an in-house community by deploying a business transformation document repository with data analysis on the internal Oracle Document Cloud Portal, functioned as an adviser to other teams. We spoke with software engineers working in silos to help them feel relieved in the larger community, such as various product development teams across 30+ Oracle departments, in continuing bigger integration and cross functional efforts using a collaborative lifecycle structure we devised and promoted. We saw how our Oracle colleagues were developing Oracle Cloud products to help turning Big Data into analaytics.
